Details
The venturi gas tube connector bridges the gap between the internal gas supply line and the surface burner jet holder. It is specifically engineered to intake gas and premix it with the correct structural volume of ambient air before it reaches the cooktop burner head. This precise air-to-fuel calibration guarantees a clean, efficient, and well-regulated blue flame during cooking cycles. Over time, continuous exposure to extreme heating and cooling cycles can cause the metal threads to seize or the tube walls to corrode and crack. Common symptoms of failure include unstable or flickering burner flames, uneven heating, gas leaks near the cooktop dials, a strong smell of unburned gas, or a burner that refuses to light because it has physically fused to the adjacent jet holder assembly.
