Details
The detergent dispenser assembly is mounted to the interior door panel of the dishwasher. It features two separate internal chambers engineered to contain powder, gel, or tablet detergents alongside liquid rinse aid solutions. Managed by an electronic solenoid mechanism, the module timing system triggers the spring-loaded door to open at exact designated points during the pre-wash, main wash, and final rinse cycles. Over time, internal seals can fail, the spring tension can wear down, or chemical mineral deposits can seize the internal mechanisms. Common indications of component failure include a dispenser door that fails to open or latch securely, soap tablets left un-dissolved at the bottom of the tub, persistent liquid leaks down the inner door liner, or dishes that emerge from cycles dirty and covered in spots.
