This genuine OEM heavy-duty roll-out sliding rack is engineered for 30-inch wide ranges and built-in wall ovens. It features a full-extension track mechanism that glides smoothly on integrated stainless steel ball bearings. This allows the cook to fully extend the rack out of the hot oven cavity, making it easier and safer to check, baste, or remove large or heavy dishes like roasting pans and Dutch ovens without reaching inside. Over time, high ambient temperatures from self-cleaning cycles or grease buildup can degrade the lubricant in the bearings, causing the rack to bind, drag, or stick. Physical bending from exceeding weight capacities can also prevent the tracks from aligning properly.
